Payment via Paypal only.

Payment must be made in full before hand unless we have agreed otherwise. Payment plans available for clients paying over £100. Work will not be started on the clients commission until payment has been received or other options agreed upon.

Failure to pay within 3 days will result in the commission being cancelled unless another arrangement has been communicated and agreed upon.

Please only send the agreed upon amount. (When tipping, it is advised the client tells me so I as the artist am aware the client hasn't overpaid) I have a kofi page for tipping also. Please note, tipping is very much appreciated but is also not necessary or expected.

Full refund will be given if I cancel the commission for any reason or I go 31 (a month) days over the agreed upon time frame.

Partial refunds are available if after the first sketch the client is not satisfied and wishes to cancel. Please communicate this asap.

Full refunds will not be given if the client cancels within the agreed upon time frame. If the client cancels after the first sketch phase. Or the client decides they do not want or like the commission after completion.

Please provide me with as much detail about your commission as possible. This includes drawn references, written references, Pinterest boards etc...

Minor edits can be made after the commission has been finished. This includes any mistakes made on my part as the artist if I have misread any of the clients instructions. Any major changes that diverge from the initial order details may incur charges and this will be communicated to the client before hand.

I retain the copyright. Meaning I retain the right to all of my artwork to re-distruble, share and post as I see fit unless the Client and I have agreed otherwise.

All my artwork will be posted to my various social medias (Instagram, DeviantArt, Tumblr) unless I have agreed otherwise with the client. Please communicate this in your order request.

Your completed commission will never be used for reselling or other commercial uses.

You will be blacklisted if you break the copyright which includes claiming the artwork as your own, reselling the artwork without my permission, and removing my signature.
